First you will need to log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Account” page.
The “Account” page will list your pet(s). Underneath the pet(s) name, you will have up to three options for contacting whiskerDocs: “Call,” “Email,” and “Chat.” Based on your need, select which option best suits your urgency. Calls and chats are typically answered in thirty (30) seconds. Email responses are typically answered within four (4) hours.
