How can I add a subscription for additional pets? +

Subscriptions for additional pets are offered at a discounted rate! Click on the Account button at the top right of the page to get to your account page (or click Login to login to your account). Next, click on the My Pets tab near the top of the page. Now click on the add a pet button to add your pet. After you add a pet, you can come back to this page at any time to edit the pet information.

How do I change information about my pet?+

Log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Account” page. Select the “My Pets” tab. Underneath the previously provided information is an “Edit Pet” button. Select that button and you will be able to edit your pet(s) information.

I have two cats and a dog. Do they each need their own subscription? +

Yes, each pet needs its own subscription. This ensures we can accurately track their medical history and provide the best possible guidance tailored to each pet’s needs. Additional pets can be added to our membership plans at a reduced cost of $40 per year.
