How do I log into my account?+
I forgot my password, or my password isn’t working. How can I reset it? +
If you're logged in, go to the 'Account' tab, select 'Edit Account,' and scroll down to change your password. If you're unable to log in, click 'Forgot Password' on the login page to reset it.
How do I edit my account information?+
Click on the Account button at the top right of the screen (or Login to login to your account). This will bring up your account page. Here you can view your current subscriptions, pets, orders, and your account settings. You can modify these settings here too.
How do I cancel my account or obtain a refund?+
Please contact us if you'd like to close your account.
