My Account

I forgot my password or my password isn’t working, how do I reset it?

Click on the “My Account” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.  Then click on “Lost Password.”  Enter the e-mail address that you registered the account with and a new password will be emailed to you.

How do I log into my account?

Click on the “My Account” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.  Then you will be able to enter your username or e-mail address, as well as your password.

What is whiskerDocs and what services can whiskerDocs provide for my pet?

whiskerDocs is a veterinary telehealth service. You can talk, chat, or email with our dedicated team of veterinary telehealth specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you talk to us, you get a team of experts to help with whatever issue your pet may be having. We help you make the best decision on what to do next for your pet.

How do I change information about myself?

Log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Account” page. Select the “Summary” tab. Underneath the previously provided information is an “Edit Account” button. Select that button and you will be able to edit your information.

How can I cancel or close my account?

Please contact us if you'd like to close your account.

How can I edit my account information?

Click on the my account button at the top right of the screen. This will bring up you account page. Here you can view your current subscriptions, pets, orders, and your account settings. You can modify these settings here too.

My Pets

How do I change information about my pet?

Log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Account” page. Select the “My Pets” tab. Underneath the previously provided information is an “Edit Pet” button. Select that button and you will be able to edit your pet(s) information.

How can I add an additional pet to my subscription?

Click on the My Account button at the top right of the page to get to your ccount page. Next, click on the My Pets tab near the top of the page. Now click on the add a pet button to add your pet.

After you add a pet, you can come back to this page at any time to edit the pet information.

My Subscriptions

I have a subscription in my account, how do I use it?

First you will need to log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Account” page.

The “Account” page will list your pet(s). Underneath the pet(s) name, you will have up to three options for contacting whiskerDocs: “Call,” “Email,” and “Chat.” Based on your need, select which option best suits your urgency. Calls and chats are typically answered in thirty (30) seconds. Email responses are typically answered within four (4) hours.

How do I sign up to talk to a veterinary expert about my pet?

If you do not have an account, you will first need to create one. Click “My Account” in the upper right hand of the page, and then select “Sign Up” on the next page.

Once you have created an account, or if you already have an account, you will need to log in to the account. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Account” page.

The “Account” page will list your pet(s). Underneath the pet(s) name, you will see three options: “Call,” “Email,” and “Chat.” Based on your subscription or need, select which option best suits your urgency.

Please note that as per our Plans page, Calls and Chats are the fastest method to speak with a veterinarian, and are typically answered within 30 seconds. Email is used when you do not need to immediately speak with a veterinarian. Most email messages are answered within four (4) hours.

I have two cats and a dog? Do they each need their own subscription?

Yes, this allows us to track all the information about your pet, and keep a history of your questions.
