Summaries of every interaction we have with your clients are emailed directly to the client within minutes of reaching out. When a whiskerDocs customer is given instruction to seek veterinary care, they’re also given the option of sending an email to your hospital, and even if they don’t provide one, they’re encouraged to bring their copy to their appointment. Our notes on the presenting complaint help minimize the time spent taking a history, and therefore increase the efficiency and shorten the duration of your appointments.
