How do I sign up to talk to a veterinary expert about my pet?

If you do not have an account, you will first need to create one here.

Once logged in, go to your 'Account' page, where you'll see your pet(s) listed. Under each pet’s name, you'll find three options: 'Call,' 'Email,' and 'Chat.' Select the option that best suits your needs. 

For the fastest response, we recommend calling or chatting, as these are typically answered within 45 seconds. Emails are best for non-urgent questions and are usually answered within four hours.
